Stocker is known for designing a home to ensure light penetrates completely throughout the spaces. In this instance the two-story bay windows not only allow in an enormous amount of light, they also offer unique library and dining areas.

With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two powder baths, it’s an excellent family home. The master suite is on the first floor. All of the secondary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are generously proportioned.

This Preston Hollow custom home sits on almost two acres, so your privacy is guaranteed. There are separate guest quarters, an expansive backyard, multiple outdoor living areas, and a tennis court. Remember, if you are a budding Serena Williams and that tennis ball goes over the fence to the neighbor’s backyard, you just might hit Mark Cuban. You are indeed in a part of town the movers and shakers of the corporate and sports worlds choose to call home.

Life doesn’t get much better than Preston Hollow. There are a handful of neighborhoods that make the cut for luxury living and Preston Hollow is one of those select few. Not only do you have the necessary privacy, you also have one of the best locations in the city. Preston Center offers everything you could possibly need and if you’re feeling green, it’s within biking distance. The Dallas North Tollway is maybe two minutes away, so you can easily access downtown and The Dallas Arts District or pop up to Addison in no time.

Compass Real Estate’s Gianna Cerullo has this Preston Hollow custom home, at 8600 Douglas Avenue, listed for $17,500 a month.

$17,500 seems like a reasonable price considering what it would cost to buy a house like this.
$4,000,000 purchase price equals $800,000 down and a monthly payment of around $23,000.
