Junk King Wants To Help Lovestruck Couples Curb Clutter

Share News:

In years past, Junk King helped people get over getting the boot with their “Dump Truck” roaming the streets in search of the remnants of relationships long past their sell-by date. Worn out boyfriend hoodies, fancy soaps from the girlfriend, and those painful accouterments of soured romance were easy to split with.

But this year, Junk King wants to celebrate the sickeningly sweet love stories every pair loves to share with their “Lovestruck.”

Clearing Clutter Makes Hearts Flutter

Of course, we’re no fan of clutter (have you met Karen Eubank?) so Junk King of Dallas is a go-to resource for us.

On Friday, they’re branding one of their trucks to become a “Lovestruck” for Valentine’s Day and inviting lovebirds to share a photo of themselves along with their love story on Facebook for a chance to win a free pick up from Junk King. The “Lovestruck” is for every relationship milestone from moving in together to making room for a baby to celebrating an empty nest.

On February 13, the “Lovestruck” will be stationed at Shuck N Jive (5315 Greenville Ave.) from 8 to 10 p.m. with a photo booth and fun Valentine’s Day props so people can take photos with their loved ones on Galentine’s night.

Anyone can enter, from those hip-deep in marriage and need to clear out the cobwebs to those who are just feathering their nests. Find out more about where you can dump your junk and not your hunk on their website.

Hi Joanna: I see in your Bio that you are a knitter. The Dallas Hand Knitters Guild meeting is the first Tuesday of every month. Website: http://www.dallasknitters.com. I hope you will consider visiting our group. We have a short 15 minute Business meeting, a program and show and tell. I love reading Candy’s Dirt.
