Got Commitment Issues? You’re In Luck With Lakewood Four-Bedroom Stunner

Lakewood

There’s a bit of a stigma with renting rather than buying, and let’s just get over that right now, as there are some fabulous houses available for lease that have amazing perks and require no long-term commitment.

The contemporary home at 7326 Coronado in East Dallas features sharp angles, an art gallery wall, and striking design.

The clean, open look and white carpet has a slight air of the kind of home where shoes are left by the front door and red wine is only served in the kitchen – but those are small sacrifices for a home that always looks like it’s just been polished by a team of clean freaks.

And the best news about this lovely Lakewood gem? The rental price is $8,500 per month.

Something Special

The Coronado home is one of the “few true contemporary newer builds in Lakewood,” said Agent Jacob Moss with Compass RE Texas LLC.

While Realtor.com tells us to ditch the open layout, we reserve the right to disagree. The already-spacious 4,000-plus square feet in this home can look even larger with the natural light and easy flow between rooms.

With four bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms, the open layout works just fine, in my humble opinion. The first-floor master suite even has an art gallery wall. Now that’s something to show off.

“Wood, stucco, and metal combine a marriage of elements true to East Dallas and are sure to turn heads,” Moss said, adding that a brick accent wall adds another highlight with a contemporary fireplace and expansive living area.

A covered porch and patio add to the outdoor ambiance and make entertaining a breeze.

Welcome To The East Side

East Dallas is its own little village, known as the “Lake and Garden District.” It is home to White Rock Lake, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and posh subdivisions such as Lakewood, where the Coronado home is located, along with Belmont, M-Streets, and Abrams-Brookside.

The area is zoned for Dallas ISD. Nearby educational facilities include Lakewood Elementary School, J.L. Long Middle School and Woodrow Wilson High School. All three campuses received a B ranking from Txschools.gov.

The area is a quick hop to Central Expressway and Northwest Highway, and it’s bounded by Garland and Mesquite on the east.

Jacob Moss with Compass RE Texas LLC is leasing 7326 Coronado Ave., Dallas, for $8,500 per month.

Flat-out beautiful mid-century modern. Only a real estate illiterate would suggest they “ditch the open layout”.
