Allen is known as a wealthy Dallas suburb with an excellent school district and a $60 million football stadium that has its own Wikipedia page.

Local real estate features some opulent mansions but also has modest rentals like this 3,443-square-foot stunner.

The home at 933 Dunleer Drive has four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, and an oversized garage for storage.

Home For The Holidays

This home is just about perfect for a family wanting to check out the Allen school district. It’s especially suited for a clan in need of a pretty spectacular home for a one-year lease while they’re looking for another to buy.

For starters, the rent is just $2,700 a month. Aside from a great floor plan for a growing family, there’s a game and media room for the kids. The lease includes a washer and dryer, kitchen refrigerator and upstairs media equipment.

And if you need any help selling Dad on this affordable abode, it has fresh paint and new carpet. Did we mention the oversized garage?

Allen ISD

The youngsters in the home will be attending Cheatham Elementary School, Curtis Middle School, or Allen High School, all in Allen ISD, which also serves portions of McKinney, Plano, and Parker.

The 2019 football season is coming to a close, but Allen residents should have an opportunity at some point to check out the famous Eagle Stadium. The multi-million-dollar stadium opened in 2012 and seats 18,000, playing host to the college football all-star bowl game in 2013.

It is the fifth largest in Texas and you may have heard about that controversial closure a few years back when more than $10 million in repairs were required (and paid for by the builder and architect). The stadium is back open now and the Eagles have brought home two state championships since 2012.

But if the kiddos at 933 Dunleer don’t happen to be athletes, you’re still in luck.

Beverly Cheatham Elementary scored A’s across the board from txschools.gov.

Walter and Lois Curtis Middle School also nabbed straight A’s with the exception of a B in school progress. Allen High School picked up an A overall and B’s in school progress and closing the gaps.

Sherri Crouch of RE/MAX Trinity is leasing 933 Dunleer Drive, Allen, for $2,700 per month.
