It doesn’t take a lot to impress me, so this Mediterranean villa on Gladeside Court just about knocked me over. It leases for $22,000 a month, and its sale price is $3.5 million, which is most definitely out of my price range, but I am happy to highlight its features and take myself on a virtual tour – and you, lucky reader, are welcome to join me.

Just wow.

I’m a single-family, three-bedroom, two-bathroom kind of girl. A fireplace is a luxury. I didn’t live in a home with stairs until I was in my 20s – and it was a studio loft. It doesn’t take a lot to impress me, so this Mediterranean villa on Gladeside Court just about knocked me over.

This palace near Preston and Campbell leases for $22,000 a month, and its sale price is $3.5 million, which is most definitely out of my price range, but I am happy to highlight its features and take myself on a virtual tour – and you, lucky reader, are welcome to join me.

For starters, there are five bedrooms and six and one-half bathrooms in this 8,850-square-foot abode. There’s a living room and fitness area in the gigantic master bedroom, five fireplaces throughout, a pool cabana, and built-in grill. Up to four guests can park in the garage.

The architecture is described as Mediterranean, Oriental, and Spanish, influenced by world travels – therefore, the new tenant will always feel like home is a vacation spot.

“From the wine cellar to the architectural symmetry throughout this estate, there is an endlessness to the craftsmanship,” said Bradford Coffman of Christie’s International Ulterre, who is leasing the property.

Golf, Anyone?

The property sits on a cul-de-sac lot adjacent to the exclusive Preston Trail Golf Course. The course is so private and so exclusive that golfers aren’t allowed to play there until they’re 21 years old. Naturally, that’s where professional golfer Jordan Spieth spent his 21st birthday. (That’s formerly ranked No. 1 in the world professional golfter Jordan Spieth).

The Gladeside house is “perched uphill with birds-eye views of the meticulously groomed greens,” Coffman explains, so even if the tenant isn’t a golfer, they can still check out the course.

Bradford Coffman with Christie’s International Ulterre is leasing 5920 Gladeside Court, Dallas, for $22,000 per month.
