Share News:

Modern, shiny, new – that’s the theme of this week’s open house picks in Greenway Parks. And with that in mind, we zeroed in on three exceptional offerings. All are priced under $1 million and feature a whole host of fabulous upgrades. Even better, they are in close proximity to one another but held open at the same time, so make the most of each one and limit yourself to 40 minutes per home.

Here’s the scoop.

The Jaw-Dropper On Kelton Drive

Open House: Sunday, September 8, 1 to 3 p.m.

This Greenway Parks modern comes to you from the folks at Grand Development. The three-bedroom, three-full-bathroom beauty is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood and offers two levels of entertaining space spanning 3,129 square feet! Light and bright, it offers effortless flow into the striking courtyard for hosting all your family and friends. Of course, the kitchen is also a major selling point with a premium appliance package, Treefrog veneer cabinetry, and quartz counters. And the master suite, it is outfitted with a spa bath featuring a vessel tub, plus his-and-hers closet, and yes, a built-in coffee maker!

The Perfectionist On Prosper Street

Open House: Sunday, September 8, 1 to 3 p.m.

You’re hip, you’re cool. You want a place that makes a statement. Then look no further than this modern dream home on Prosper Street. The three-bedroom, three-full-and-one-half-bathroom home is the least expensive of the three we feature today but doesn’t look it in the slightest. Expect to be blown away by the modern touches! These include custom touches like diamond cut concrete and bamboo floors, museum finish walls, custom cabinetry, and gorgeous jet black slatted screen staircase panels. Seems like Grand Development has yet again, knocked it out of the park with this one. Check it out and tell us what you think!

Don’t you think it’s a bit of a stretch to call that area Greenway Parks?

Greenway Parks? I don’t think so. More than a stretch…

None of these homes are in Greenway Parks. It’s that false advertising?

  4. Randall Jenkins on September 6, 2019 at 11:36 am

We have allowed you all to stretch Preston Hollow from 635 to Nw Hwy now you wanna lie about Greenway Parks

Right. It is not Greenway Parks, It is a former low income neighborhood that is being re-developed. Why not go for broke and call it Bluffview?

That area west of Greenway is being called so many things, I have heard Inwood West, Greenway West, Bird Streets, and more.
