Roomy Dallas Duplex in Richardson ISD Ready to Rent

Share News:

RichardsonClose to dining, shopping, and an easy commute, this week’s Rental of the Week may be in Dallas, but it’s zoned for Richardson ISD schools.

And did we mention it’s adorable? Because it is adorable. This two bedroom, two bath duplex is actually pretty roomy — so don’t let the word “duplex” throw you off the scent of a great rental.

With 1,600 square feet of space, it’s got two large living areas (and one has a wood-burning fireplace and access to the backyard), which is something you don’t typically find in say, an apartment.

The home at 7732 Village Trail Drive is zoned for Richardson ISD’s Northwood Hills Elementary, Westwood Junior High, and the Richardson High School feeder pattern, too.

The whole place got a fresh coat of paint recently, and it’s all been clearly updated at some point, but still retains its character. While it doesn’t have a garage, it does have attached covered parking for two cars, which is handy in these weird summer pop-up storms.

Two spacious bedrooms provide plenty of room for a master and a guest suite or kid room, and both bathrooms are full-sized, too.

Outside, a large fenced backyard surrounds an extended covered patio. And that lawn will stay lush, since the owner covers the cost of irrigation and lawn maintenance.

The home rents for $1,600 per month, and is listed by Jini Cyr with Ebby Halliday-Preston Center. To see more, click here.
