Browne + Douglas Group Adds Two New Agents

Browne + DouglasWhen the dynamic duo of Cathy Browne and Beth Douglas joined forces as Browne + Douglas Group last year, it was expected that the two — long known for being top-producing Ebby Halliday agents — would do big things from their home base at the company’s state-of-the-art offices in Allen.

Between the two, they have 25 years of combined experience in a busy North Texas real estate market. But recently, they added two more agents — Leah Graybeal Ashley and Howard R. Roth.

“We have recently welcomed two dynamic agents to our group who share our client-focused, results-driven approach to serving our clientele,” Browne dished to us last week. “We are so excited about 2019!”

Leah Graybeal Ashley

Graybeal Ashley is a native of Baytown and now lives in Fairview. She has a background in education, but her move to real estate has already been quite fruitful.

“A newer agent, she has recently procured over $2 million of business in just the past few weeks,” Browne said. “With a background in education, she has built her business on tenacity, a sophisticated social media strategy, and providing top customer service.”

She’s also already procured several luxury listings in her neighborhood, Browne added.

“I enjoy the camaraderie and the collaborative element of being in the group — working smart! I look forward to coming to the office every day,” Graybeal Ashley said. “You never know what exciting things may come up!”

Howard R. Roth

Roth was another top-producing agent, with 26 years of experience total — 14 of them at Ebby Halliday. A Prosper resident, he brings a lot of market knowledge and a history of sales to the group, and has known Browne and Douglas for years.

“He saw joining the group as an opportunity to provide an even higher level of service to his extensive network of clients,” Browne told us. “Howard is known for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to his clients. He is also a new construction and condominium specialist, and very experienced in relocation.”

Roth has been an In-Town Individual Top Producer and D Best Realtor. The move to Browne + Douglas also means he can finally give up that commute to a Dallas office — and serve his Collin County clients more quickly from the Allen office.

“He is very excited to bring a multi-acre multi-million dollar listing in the coming days,” Browne told us.
