Houses in the $200,000 range are getting more rare in Dallas and when they exist, are shrinking in size. But there are lovely exceptions around the city. 

We’ve found a house with over 2,000 square feet sitting on 0.33 acres in Northwest Dallas for $299,000, reduced from $335,000 when it was first listed in July. Our Tuesday Two Hundred at 3220 Northaven Ct. sits on a cul-de-sac lot with fresh landscaping and recently installed irrigation.
