Coldwell Banker opened its newest regional business center in Southlake. The facility consolidates operations in Colleyville, Southlake, and Keller. Company officials say that the unification of three smaller offices offers better access to marketing and support personnel. The 8,800-square-foot facility includes a large training space and will support 200 affiliated sales agents

“To have synergy and collaboration you really like to bring folks together,” Coldwell Banker Dallas/Fort Worth president Frank Obringer said. “What we’ve recognized is that if you are gong to support teams, you really do need to have some brick and mortar for those support people to come to.”

This is the fourth North Texas regional center Coldwell Banker has opened in the past 12 months. The other facilities include a new Arlington office, the Global Luxury office on Sherry Lane in Dallas, and a new facility near The Star in Frisco. Plans are also in the works to open a fifth regional center in the near future.

More than 60 associates gathered for the first meeting in the new Coldwell Banker education room in Southlake.

According to Obringer, the push for consolidated facilities is part of a larger effort to ensure agents bring more value to their clients. The company’s strategic “Core 4” plan focuses on increasing production, coaching and mentoring, improving culture and generating wealth.

“Everything Coldwell Banker has done is designed to create an exceptional experience for the customer,” Obringer said. “We have created all of these systems and tools to make sure that experience happens.”

He adds that one of the keys to doing that is making sure agents are fully supported by giving them better support and more tools to do there jobs.

As for Southlake, Obringer said the market remains hot as buyers continue to flock to the area close to the airport with good schools and an ever-expanding collection of shopping and dining options.

“These are pretty exciting times for us,” he said. “It was a hugely successful move. The facility is gorgeous, the location couldn’t be better, and our agents are excited.”
