Seriously, how many homes in Russwood Acres can claim to have award-winning chicken coops? We know of only one, and it’s a listing from Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s Lori Kircher.

And considering the listing price of $1.4 million for this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home, you know that you’ll want some wiggle room with your grocery budget. A couple dozen eggs a week would do it!
