Share News:

The Interurban building is a classic industrial loft building in downtown Dallas.

Some of the hottest apartments currently on the market are lofts, with plenty of luxury lofts for rent in Dallas. Loft apartments are often converted from former industrial buildings, but now many brand new “loft-style” apartments are being built in the Dallas, usually located near downtown. Loft-style buildings are open-concept spaces with high ceilings and large windows, and often include more industrial decor such as exposed brickwork. This week we’re highlighting our favorite residential loft rentals in Dallas.

Third Rail Lofts

Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, these lofts are within a quick walk from Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Arts District and the Farmers Market. The Third Rail Lofts, sporting modern architecture, include granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The building also includes a gym, pool, and dog park.

Loft + Row in Dallas

Located near Dallas’ trendy Uptown and downtown neighborhoods, Loft + Row apartments offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom loft and townhome-style floor plans to choose from. These apartments offer spacious, open kitchen and living spaces, with 1,689-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. The community includes a chic clubhouse and resort-style pool with cabanas.

Interurban Building

With cement, exposed wood ceilings, and brick, the Interurban rentals feature traditional loft styling. The building was originally constructed in 1916 as the Interurban Building Train Station, and now the historic building has been revitalized into 134 lofts. Located in downtown Dallas, these apartments are near many shops, restaurants, and bars, and the building has a pool, hot tub, gym, barbecues, and fire pits.

Mosaic High-Rise

Mosaic Heights lofts offer open floor plans and urban decor with luxury amenities. The building includes valet service, a rooftop infinity pool, and a gym. These pet-friendly apartments even include a dog park for your furry friends.  Plus, the building offers views overlooking American Airlines Center, Trinity River Bridge, and the Pegasus.

Broadstone Ambrose

Located in Deep Ellum, these lofts are walking distance from restaurants, art galleries, music venues, and local pubs. These open-concept lofts include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and private balconies.

The Davis Building

The Davis, originally established as the Republic National Bank, has been converted into luxury lofts available for rent. The lofts provide open floor plans, scenic views, and plenty of natural light. The apartments feature traditional loft architecture, include expansive windows, exposed brick, and concrete accents. The building includes communal amenities such as a hot tub, gym, and pool.

We love the open floor plans, trendy architecture, and luxury amenities featured in these spacious Dallas-area lofts. These urban Dallas loft apartments not only offer beautiful living spaces, they’re near plenty of great entertainment options.
