Great news for design professionals and homeowners alike: Kohler is expanding availability of its bath and kitchen products with the opening of the Kohler Signature Store by Facets of Dallas in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood. Owned and operated by Hajoca Corporation, the new location will be the fourth Signature Store within the company portfolio.

Located at 4640 McKinney Ave., this will be the 19th signature store in the country, and the only signature store in Texas.

“Dallas has a high concentration of our target customer, both home owners and trade professionals, and home owners in the area value good design, American-made products symbolized by good quality,” said Michelle Kilmer, Kohler’s Director of Showrooms. “Knox-Henderson is a regional draw with great shopping, great brands, and great restaurants, all of which appeal to our ideal customer.”

The 3,600-square-foot Kohler Signature Store will offer the full breadth of the Kohler Co. portfolio. In addition, the Kohler Signature Store will feature their exclusive Kohler Surfaces line as well as kitchen cabinets made locally.

This new store will be the only branded, immersive Kohler experience in the state. Kilmer says it will distinguish itself with “service, convenient hours, inspiring displays, curated assortments, and design services and installation referrals.”

The Kohler Signature Store will offer full design services for both kitchen and bath. Designers will work with customers to walk them through the entire design process, including product selection, design development, and project assistance. Additionally, the store can create a computer-aided design rendering for space and fixture planning.

“When you visit the store, you will feel like you’re standing in an art gallery of plumbing products,” said Jason Maynard, store manager for Kohler Signature Store by Facets. “The store will feature six vignettes and ensembles, each one showcasing a different design style with products from Kohler, Kohler Surfaces, Kohler custom vanities, Kallista, Robern, Kent Moore Cabinets, and local stone fabricator Stonesmith.”

The Kohler Signature Store by Facets of Dallas will host public events the weekend of April 8 and 9. Both consumers and trade professionals will be offered remodeling seminars and product demonstrations.

“We work in concert with the design community; for designers that want to utilize our technical expertise, we provide those services at no charge,” Kilmer said. “In addition, our store will offer continuing education classes for designers and architects on design trend, sustainability, and performance showering. For designers and architects who work remotely, they are welcome to make the store their own space and stay all day.”

The invitation-only grand opening event will take place on Thursday, April 20, from 6-8 p.m. David Kohler, Kohler CEO, and Rick Fantham, Hajoca CEO, will be on hand to provide a firsthand look at the new facility.
