Williams Trew Real Estate, a member of the Ebby Halliday family, announced today that they will soon be expanding west to open a new real estate office in Parker County.

Go West young man and grow up with the country.” That quote is largely attributed to the newspaper editor Horace Greely relating to the American spirit of Manifest Destiny.

In accordance with that Manifest Destiny, Williams Trew will soon open their first office in Parker County and third overall.  The other offices are located on Camp Bowie Boulevard and Hulen Avenue in Fort Worth.  The company also has a real estate presence at Possum Kingdom Lake.

Dominating residential real estate in Tarrant County since opening its doors in 2000, Williams Trew is recognized as the leader in real estate knowledge and experience in the area with more than 100 experienced agents.

Why is this important for our beloved Dirty Readers?

In this week’s Tarrant County Tuesday blog, Walsh, the newest planned master development for Fort Worth was highlighted.  In case you missed it, here are some highlights:

  • Phase One of Walsh is 1,700 acres and over 10,000 residents are projected
  • Not only will Walsh be residential but commercial, medical and educational in scope
  • In next 40-50 years, Walsh anticipated 50,000 new residents to Tarrant and Parker County

Another planned development, Morningstar, just North of Aledo, is underway and features 700 acres of homes, hike-and-bike trails and other amenities designed to attract families of all shapes and sizes.  Builders in Morningstar include: DR Horton, Highland Homes, Impression Homes and Rendition Homes.  Prices are promoted to start in the mid-$300s.

If you look at the map of Fort Worth, the only logical place for expansion is West, and that’s just what is happening. It only makes sense that Williams Trew Real Estate utilizes their expertise and savvy to expand into a soon-to-be hotbed of growth.

The new Williams Trew Real Estate office will be located at FM 405 1187 South, Suite 400 in Aledo, TX.  The office will be lead by veteran agents Rees Atkin, Piper Pardue, Sabrina Coates, Jennifer Neel, and Greg Tart.  Additional agents will be added to the roster in the future.
