Ebby Halliday Companies

The Ebby Halliday Companies participated in 19,718 home sales in 2016, according to MLS data. Ebby Halliday, which includes Dallas-based Ebby Halliday Realtors and Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, as well as Fort Worth-based Williams Trew Real Estate, represented $7.8 billion in residential real estate this past year, garnering 11.13 percent of the North Texas market. That’s 50 percent more sales volume than its nearest competitor and 70 percent more than the second-nearest competitor.

In addition to being the North Texas market leader in sales volume, the Ebby Halliday Companies led all competitors in the luxury market with an astounding 19.67 percent of all sales of over $750,000 in 2016. That’s 31 percent more than the nearest competitor.

North Texas’ largest brokerage by sales volume – and the nation’s 10th-largest – shows no signs of slowing down. We recently learned that Ebby Halliday Realtors has a Prosper office in the works. The office will be Ebby’s 10th serving Collin County. The firm arrived in Collin County in 1971, long before the area’s incredible growth.

Ebby’s approximately 5,000-square-foot Prosper office will be located at the northeast corner of Highway 289 (Preston Road) and Prosper Parkway (near Deion Sanders’ expansive former home, which is listed with Ebby’s David Gloria for $12.75 million), and will include room for 50 agents serving the booming Prosper/Celina area and beyond. For more information about opportunities at the Prosper location, contact Sales Manager Cathie Skinner at 214-843-6010.

In other Ebby news, the firm recently completed a beautiful, new 15,000-square-foot Education and Marketing Center next to its corporate office near the Dallas Galleria. The powerhouse brokerage also broke ground on a brand-new Allen office, opened a new Denton office and will open a second Rockwall office this summer.
