If you love the look of a Tudor or Craftsman, but worry about upkeep on an older property (and oftentimes chopped up floorplan), the home at 5910 Richmond Ave. in East Dallas’ Belmont neighborhood may be perfect for you. It’s a 5-3 with 2,846 square feet, built in 2010, within walking distance of Lower Greenville shops and restaurants, as well as Tietze Park.
The architecture offers many of the details we love, like rounded-top from door, arched interior doorways, high ceilings, and stone fireplaces.
