Ethan Couch’s Dad Lives in Lake Oaks Estates, Fort Worth

Fred Couch homeThis is Fred Couch’s home in Fort Worth in Lake Oaks Estates. He purchased it in June of 2007 for $410,000. The home looks pretty nice: topography gives it pretty views from the top of 3.10 acres, with 4361 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, wrap-around porches, a metal roof (I think metal roofs are Fred’s business) and hardwoods as recent as 2006. There are huge living spaces, a built-in wet bar with wine rack, a split master retreat with spa bath and huge master closet, a great entertainment kitchen with island and breakfast bar and lots of crown molding. Bobby Norris at Williams Trew Farm & Ranch was listing agent.

Looks like a pretty nice home.

Why even give credence to that train wreck of a family?
