As I mentioned yesterday, this 230 acre ranch spread south of Fort Worth totally got me out of my April 15th funk.  It’s only $8 million, a steal. But I am fascinated by the custom carpet on the stairway of Oakland Ranch: listing agent Debbie Murray (Allie Beth Allman & Associates) tells me this carpet was made by the same company that made the carpet for the Titanic, a fact which has totally grabbed me. Apparently the company is still in business. That is amazing. I am trying to get the company’s name, a contact, and do a full interview. Then I’m gonna order me some carpet!
