3800 MiramarIt was almost two years ago that Pamela and Gary Lee Patsley bought a stunning, $9 million dollar home in Palm Beach County, Florida. That estate was on one- half an acre, several blocks north of Royal Palm Way. The five-bedroom house has about 9,300 square feet of living space, all in one of the most coveted places to have a beach home.

So it is no wonder they have 3800 Miramar back on the market now to sell with Allie Beth Allman. Asking is $10,900,000. This is one of those homes that is just perfect in every possible way. So sit back and drool…

Pamela Patsley is or was the CEO of MoneyGram International, and her retired husband, Gary, was in the financial services industry with Bank of America. In 2007, they donated a whopping half million dollars to fight homelessness in Dallas by writing a check to the Homeless Assistance Center.

Talk about location, you have one of the best locations in Highland Park, a corner, and a very famous street — Miramar. There are 12 foot ceilings, tons of natural light, a great room, an underground wine cellar and home theater, balconies from the bedrooms overlooking the pool and grounds, and 100% plaster walls (no sheetrock) utilized in the main house or the guest cabana. This home was built like some companies say they used to make money, the old-fashioned way. The home is 9972 square feet on .52 acres of land with four bedrooms, four full baths (all en suite to the bedrooms) and two half baths. The outdoor kitchen and entertaining area is simply to-die for. It was completed in 2000. There are really too many wonderful details to cover, so I say just feast your eyes and drool. And if I don’t have a master spa bath that is as nice as this one, I think I’m going to pop.
