Yeah, his guys were busy working in the frosty cold over the holidays. Looks like the scraper this time was the tear-down at 5830 Averill Way. 8601 Jordan Way is still standing in all it’s glory. What does Mark Cuban have planned for Preston Center?

    Lets hope Mark is gonna build some kind of toll road through there so we can bypass the ridiculous lights and traffic between Preston, Douglas, and the Tollway. Oh yeah, and tear down the old ugly Ebby house too.
