This is a home for a renter who wants to live in an amazing area and loves architecture. Listed by the incredible Cody Farris, this home has 1,932 square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths, and tons of style for just $2,500 a month. It’s on a more than half-acre lot, which is perfect for someone who values privacy and space. The views are fantastic from every room, with huge windows that let the filtered light in from a canopy of mature trees. It is just heavenly.

The home does an excellent job of bringing the outdoors in, with gigantic windows in every room that let in tons of natural light and show off the deep, wide lot. You’ll also appreciate the back patio, which you can reach from the dog-trot between the carport and the home. It’s also accessible from the living and dining areas, which have full-light patio doors.

Of course, the interiors are just the perfect blend of updates and original, with gorgeous hardwood floors, seagrass carpet, and stainless steel. Marble and fresh subway tile cover the bathrooms, and the kitchen is open to the living and dining areas with a spacious island and tons of storage. You’ll love the original brick fireplace and hearth, as well as the clerestory windows throughout the home.

And the lot, well it is low-maintenance and ready for adventure. While the homeowners aren’t completely opposed to pets, potential furry friends will be screened on a case-by-case basis. I don’t blame them, honestly, when you look at some of the hard work and care that has gone into this 1959 modern.

What do you think of the pretty little property?

We had just made an offer on our house around the corner last year when we saw this. We inquired at that time about purchase, but the agent said the owner was not interested in selling.

    Guess that remains the case…
