Cathy Browne has done it again! She’s found another amazing luxury home in Collin County that is stunning inside and out and has some incredible amenities. Not only was it built by one of the more highly sought after custom builders in Collin County, Huntington Homes, in the sought-after Twin Creeks-Somerset addition.

And this home, from the curb appeal to the tidy and relaxing backyard, is a wonderful home for anyone who values quality and timeless design.

Twin Creeks is a very popular subdivision, and I can see why considering the amenities (three pools, tennis courts, Arnold Palmer signature golf course, athletic fields, fishing ponds, volleyball courts, and hike and bike trails) and the fantastic schools in Allen ISD. The HOA fee for this beauty is a reasonable $600 a year, which considering what you get for your money, you won’t mind parting with.

And 607 Naples is a home you’ll adore completely, with three bedrooms, three full baths, two garages, and more than 2,800 square feet in a single-story layout, all for $475,000. This home, which was built in 2006, is exceptionally low maintenance thanks to the small backyard, front yard (maintenance included!) and well-thought-out interiors with terrific mouldings and coffered ceilings.

The kitchen is a marvel in itself, with a gigantic island and granite countertops that stretch forever. The penny-tile backsplash with an accent over the range is such a stunner. Stainless steel double ovens are a plus, but you also get an incredible WOLF cooktop and SubZero refrigerator.

There’s tons of cabinet space, including some glass-fronts to show off your beloved Fiestaware collection (that’s what I’d do!), and a designer range hood that looks perfectly at home. There’s a wonderful dining area that feels like a chef’s table at an upscale restaurant, and it’s all open to a family room that has a cool stone and brick fireplace and tons of built-ins. It all overlooks the lush landscaping in the backyard.

The master is spacious, too, and offers a 19 x 14 layout with plenty of room for a comfy chair, chaise, or loveseat next to that bank of  beautiful elongated windows. This room fills with light with the drapes pulled open, but still feels quiet and intimate, a fantastic retreat. The master bath is exceptionally well appointed with a large jetted tub set in an alcove, and large vanities opposite one another, with plenty of storage.

And outside you’ll find a custom pergola and stone patio that’s just perfect for relaxing evenings. I can just imagine sitting out here with a glass of wine, soaking up the neighborhood ambiance. Can’t you?
