Ebby Halliday’s Southlake Office Taking Beautiful Shape!

Ebby SouthlakeHere is a sneak peak of Ebby Halliday’s brand new, super big, under-construction Southlake Office.

Scheduled to open in July, Ebby’s gorgeous new Southlake Office will feature almost 13,000 square feet of space with cutting-edge technology service unparalleled

That’s because the office is run by Miss Carolyn Rosson, who has been at the helm of top-producing Ebby offices for more than 25 years, has led the company’s Southlake Office since 2008, and is a fantastic lady to travel with (!).

“It’s an understatement to say that our Associates – and all of us at the Ebby Halliday Companies – are excited about our new Southlake Office’s progress,” says Carolyn. “We can’t wait to gather on what once was a dusty lot to celebrate its grand opening.”

The Southlake Office of Ebby Halliday Realtors serves Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Roanoke, HEB, Alliance Airport, and well beyond. Rosson says the new office will accommodate approximately 80 or more agents.

And the market is hotter than blazes in all of these areas. Here are the vitals Carolyn gave out:

*  Average days on market are down 23.4% to 65 days;

*  The median sales price of homes is up 4.4%;

*  Finally, closed sales are up 9.9%.
