Dallas Stager Karen Eubank Shares Top Tips on Dallas Voice Blog

We love it when we see hard-working stagers getting some much-deserved recognition. Karen Eubank, who occasionally writes for CandysDirt.com, was profiled by the Dallas Voice on how to get top dollar for your property.

Eubank, who’s been a stager since before they started calling it “staging,” gives some great advice in the story. My favorite is this one, which is a personal pet peeve of mine:

No one wants to smell any odor other than clean. It’s not just pet smells but over scenting with aroma Plug-In’s can drive people right out of the house.

If there is one thing that will turn me off about a house is too much scent! Some people (moi) are really sensitive to it, and they will turn on their heel to get out of your home, missing all the other great features your listing has to offer.
