Real estate is a very competitive business. To what or whom do you owe your success?

Robert Kucharski: Delivering the finest in service over the years and making sure my clients are pleased with all aspects of their transaction, has resulted in a referral base for continued business over the years.

Outside of day-to-day business, what are you passionate about?

Kucharski: I have been an avid kayaker at White Rock lake for many years, the lake offers a great in-town place for exercising and meeting others. I have always been a great supporter of the Texas Food Bank, Visiting Nurses Association and SPCA of Texas.

What (or who) is your inspiration?

Kucharski: I know my greatest inspiration is my fear of failure, it has always fueled me to do my best.

Why is finding the right lender crucial to your success?

Kucharski: Finding a lender that offers many programs that fits my client’s special needs and delivers top-notch service, communication, and closes the transaction in a timely manner — Lisa Peters of Caliber Home Loans consistently meets all those requirements.
