Arlington is buzzing, y’all. Marketed as ground zero for North Texas sports, the biggest of the mid-cities could eventually force us to change from D/FW to D/A/FW.
OK, maybe not exactly. Still, it’s a great location for people who want access to both Dallas and Fort Worth but don’t want to sacrifice shopping and amenities (yes, I’m looking at you, Grand Prairie).

I love Dallas, y’all.
We’ve got a lot of things going for us. Take our beautiful Arts District, our growing Southern sector, and our rebounding downtown, for example. And according to Standard & Poors/Case-Schiller Home Price Indices, Dallas is maintaining its ground when it comes to residential real estate.
Open House Sunday, and I know North Texas real estate agents are on high alert for Steven Breed. In fact, I feel like we need a Tweet-Up to lasso this guy.
Breed is your worst nightmare at an open house: he has sticky fingers and, obvi, a problem or two. Once again, Breed is out of the slammer and into “buying” real estate, apparently, after posting bond last Feb. 16, this after being arrested Feb. 6 for stealing jewelry.
