Word comes from crackerjack reporter Eric Nicholson that Dallas Animal Services have seized 46 dogs and cats from a feces-filled North Dallas home. The animals were in various states of distress. Sounds like a classic case of animal hoarding to me.

We attempted to contact each candidate in every contested race (10 races total), and those who responded with a working email address received the same eight questions. We gave them until April 5 to respond. Below you’ll find the answers to our questions, which we did not edit or abridge.
We chose District 13 candidates Leland Burk, Jennifer Staubach Gates, and Richard P. Sheridan to be our first questionnaires posted here on CandysDirt.com because, besides the District 1 race that pits incumbents against one another, and the wide field of District 14, this is the race to watch!
