When it comes to life on this side of the lake, there are few neighborhoods in East Dallas that still retain much of their character like Lochwood. Of course, when there’s a lot of interest in a neighborhood, prices tend to go up, so we’re not surprised to see this ranch on Rogue Way priced in the $400,000 range. Truly, we have been wondering when the rest of Dallas was going to catch on to this great little enclave of 1960s architecture.
