This Forest Hills Home Dropped $300K and it Feels Like We’re Seeing More Bargains Like it

A Forest Hills home has dropped price by $300,000. Seeing some other price drops, too: What’s going on here with Dallas real estate?

Our home prices are rising a little slower than they have been the past couple years. According to the latest Case Shiller reports, D-FW home prices were up only 3.6% — I’m not complaining — this when compared to March 2023 levels. But we were not leading the pack as we have been the last couple of years.
