One of the main functions that are built into luxury homes is entertaining, but sometimes spaces that entertain crowds come at the cost of private spaces. However an incredible great room, lounge, and formal dining area does not have to come at the expense of a beautiful master suite. That’s what this week’s Inwood National Bank Home of the Week proves. 

This absolutely captivating French Chateau in the Creeks of Preston Hollow offers essential French design that would woo Betty Lou Phillips, for sure. Plus, the master suite was not overlooked, with tons of space, plenty of windows, and a his-and-hers master bath that is the stuff of dreams.

Tuscan Villa

Let’s talk turkey. Not the bird, the truth. We’ll get to the bird later! There are gorgeous luxury homes all over Dallas. But, you’ve never seen one like this Tuscan Villa at 10739 Bridge Hollow Court in the Creeks of Preston Hollow. I say this with some degree of authority because although by day I stage homes in all price ranges, my nights are spent trolling multi-million dollar homes that I hope you will find interesting.

This one is beyond exceptional. I try hard to find fault with these huge homes, but I cannot see a single thing that’s been overlooked in this masterpiece.

So, I was a bit surprised to discover that even this luxury home has been enhanced recently, as odd as that may seem. But, every owner puts their stamp on a property regardless of how amazing it is when they make the purchase.

5425 Royal extRusswood Acres is a gated community in the heart of Preston Hollow, about a quarter mile from that other hot gated community where Jordan Spieth and Hunter Mahan have owned the same house, The Creeks of Preston Hollow. Y’all know that Jordan just picked up Hunter’s house for about $666 a square foot, right? Dirt in The Creeks is going for at least $2 million an acre. So when you look at Russwood Acres, and it’s glitzy gated neighbor which is basically catty-corner, you can begin to absorb the value that is here. I mean, it’s practically a neighbor!GetMedia1
