This home is so tremendously exciting to me because it is one of a very, VERY rare breed in Dallas — a home with a finished basement. This is another gem inside the Hollywood-Santa Monica neighborhood of East Dallas, which feeds into Lakewood schools (Lakewood Elementary, Woodrow Wilson High School) is an incredible community.
