2025 AIA Fort Worth Homes Tour

Home Tour Season 2025

Sept. 27-28
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets: $30

In Fort Worth, the 2025 AIA Fort Worth Homes Tour, presented by Ingean Construction, is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 27 and Sunday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Tickets are priced at $30.

This is a self-guided tour featuring six architect-designed homes located in Fort Worth and Arlington. Featured architects include A. Michael Architecture; Brigati, PLLC; Theodore Gupton, AIA; Create Atelier; Donald Gatzke, FAIA; and Maestri Studio.

The homes cover a wide mix of styles, project sizes, budgets, and building timelines — some being recent builds, others remodeling or renovation work. But all of them have specific inspiration: One home in Fort Worth’s Ridgemar neighborhood was built to be centered on a massive oak tree on the property. Another engaged architects to add a covered open-air loggia inspired by the vista view of Lake Como in Italy. The Trinity River may not be Lake Como but the view is impressive for North Texas no doubt. These and other homes are sure to wow.

Proceeds from the Fort Worth tour support AIA Fort Worth’s programs promoting architectural design excellence, and the event is designed to help homeowners understand the benefits of working with an architect.
