Terracotta floors continue throughout the first level in four distinct patterns. The sophisticated, effortlessly livable open-plan family area features white oak ceilings.

A custom British Racing Green Sully 2200 Lacanche range is the centerpiece of the deep green and white dual-island kitchen that has it all. There are built-in refrigerators, double ovens, two dishwashers, and a fully equipped butler’s pantry. The home is centered around a European-style courtyard, visible from both the kitchen and dining areas.

The Modern Mediterranean has five bedrooms, five full baths, and two beautifully appointed powder rooms. The primary suite features a large brick fireplace, a luxurious bath with a classic black-and-white harlequin-patterned floor, antique mirror tile behind the vessel tub, and dual walk-in closets, one in a delightfully bold school- bus yellow.
