For the rest of us, we know that as soon as May hits, it’s time to break out the flip flops and get the pool ready because 90-degree days are here. But spring is the busy season in real estate — does that mean the busy season is shorter in Texas? Heck no! It just means your Realtor’s “business casual” may be short on sleeves, and your closing gift will probably include sunscreen and some type of mobile cooling device.
Looking at what’s on offer in Collin County right now, it’s easy to see the summer market is a-coming because pools and patios are front and center.
