Allie Beth Allman’s Kerri Goldfarb Is on Our List of Ones to Watch!

Kerri Goldfarb brings an amazing amount of relevant experience into her burgeoning real estate career. Her depth of knowledge and expertise in everything from neighborhoods to remodeling and finish-out is extraordinary. That’s why we think you need to keep your eye on her!

Goldfarb is a native Dallasite, which is always an asset in our real estate world. Knowing neighborhoods, streets, and families is also her secret weapon. Her network is large, and she will be able to find your family the right house on the right lot. “Dallas is at the epicenter of growth in Texas, and I know the streets that have held investment value over decades and the ones ripe for new development,” Goldfarb says.

Although Goldfarb spent several years in New York after college, where she pursued a master’s degree, she moved back to Dallas and began working at The Lamplighter School, the same place where she started her educational journey as a child. However, once she married and bought her first home, friends noticed her knack for design and began asking for her help.

“The design work just unfolded naturally,” Goldfarb said.

Soon thereafter, she founded, along with two partners, a retail store, Madre, which is a nationally known home design and products store. “We designed high-end luxury homes in Dallas and across the whole country, helped clients build homes from the ground up, renovated homes, or designed existing homes. Running a retail business gives you the equivalent of business and marketing degrees!”

You’re probably beginning to see the relevant experience that Goldfarb has been building over the years, creating a seamless transition into real estate. When you have an innate talent for design and functionality, a background in education, and then add in sales, marketing, and running a business, real estate is a natural fit.

There is also Goldfarb’s in-depth knowledge of Dallas neighborhoods. “I’ve moved more times than I can count on one hand with purchasing and also renting homes while we renovated,” she said. “I like change. I view it as a challenge and an opportunity to make another house a home.”

Goldfarb has lived in Preston Hollow, Park Cities, and Oak Lawn/Uptown.

Goldfarb instinctively gravitated towards the local firm synonymous with excellence, Allie Beth Allman. Goldfarb felt like the “culture of this firm is rooted in the strong leadership of its founder, a true Dallas real estate icon.”
