Sentinel was formed in 2016 by friends who are real estate investors, developers, attorneys, and lenders. We initially specialized in national commercial transactions. The management team boasts 80 years of collective experience and has closed tens of billions of dollars in commercial title insurance policies. We understand the complexities of real estate transactions. The insured portfolio includes prominent multifamily projects, including The Langley (Houston), The Katherine (Austin), Mallory, and MODA (Dallas), as well as thousands of lot sale transactions at The Colony in Bastrop. Large master-planned communities are a focus of Sentinel.

Additionally, Sentinel principals have made over $1 billion in real estate loans in 2024 to date. They also have developed more than $50 billion of projects as principals. In 2021, Sentinel Title expanded into residential transactions under Paul Rogers’ leadership in Plano. Rogers leads a highly skilled team of veteran escrow agents and closers managed by Robert Salgado. Their primary focus is northern suburbs, including Allen, Frisco, Celina, Prosper, and McKinney. We recently opened an office in The Turley Law Building in Dallas, due east of SMU at 6440 N. Central Expressway. At this location, Sentinel supports both commercial and residential clients across Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and Lakewood, extending its expertise to real estate loans and project equity investment as well.
