Caroline Brooke wanted a home where she could walk out the door and get on her horse. She never expected to find her fit in a Waxahachie contemporary home.

“We did not want a farmhouse,” Caroline said. “We like modern architecture, so it was a tall order to find a contemporary house with enough land for a horse.
