The Residences on Routh

At the corner of Routh and Hood streets, there’s an exciting new development underway by Crescent Estates Custom Homes called The Residences on Routh, and we can’t wait to tell you about it.

“This is going to be a jewel of Turtle Creek,” said Ana Martin of Dave Perry Miller, the sales agent for the property. “I did the research and there hasn’t been anything built of this caliber in the neighborhood for more than 20 years. And the attention to detail that Crescent Estates applies is absolutely incredible!”

Touring the site with Martin, I would have to agree. The Residences on Routh will offer something new and special to Turtle Creek. The property has a boutique feel — with only 17 condos and three penthouses in a four-story midrise, the building feels private and tucked away.

There are 16 two-bedroom units, a single one-bedroom unit, plus the three penthouses, which all have three bedrooms. The two-bedroom units have full en suite baths (which are huge!), and every unit has a washer/dryer and high-end appliance packages included.

Designer Tanya Taylor has meticulously chosen custom tile and flooring packages for each unit. The floor plans are open and spacious, with 11-foot ceilings throughout, and floating kitchen islands with inset appliances open to the generous living areas to make entertaining and living easy. The primary suites are massive with en suite baths featuring dual sinks, walk-in showers, and cavernous closets. By comparison, everything else in Turtle Creek is small.

The Penthouses

And the penthouses … the penthouses! Martin says Unit 4A is hers, so you may have to fight her for it, and it’s easy to see why. From the massive living space to the banks of glass to the pièce de résistance- the wrap-around deck with panoramic views, this place will sell in a heartbeat. Unit 4A has 1,792 square feet of patio alone, and you won’t believe the view!

Speaking of views, the units facing Hood Street will overlook another Crescent Estate project in the works across the street called Fairmount Place at Turtle Creek. Stay tuned for a first look at that beautiful community!

The exterior of The Residences at Routh Street is white stucco with a resort-like raised pool. Off the pool, residents will have access to an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and an indoor luxury lounge where they can host events or just relax and cool off. All residents will have two assigned covered parking spaces with additional parking available for those with a need.

Martin is taking reservation deposits now, and at this point, interested parties can have some say in the design choices.
