After I saw this unit in White Rock West Condominiums, I was like, “Are all of these this good?” After a quick search, I realized no sir, they are not. But if you miss out on this one and decide you HAVE to live there, now you know what’s possible.

Just real quick on this one — are you freaking kidding me? The bathrooms are a level of perfection you don’t normally see in homes of this period. Let alone one that’s listed under $400,000.
