Micky Carr Lists a JanMar Home That is a Rare Find For Midcentury Modern Purists

Besides its convenient location at Hillcrest and Forest roads, there are many reasons why the North Dallas enclave of JanMar is popular with buyers. The neighborhood is so idyllic it almost feels out of place in what is a booming area.

“JanMar has always been considered so special, with rolling hills, winding streets and some of the city’s largest collection of Midcentury Modern homes,” Says Micky Carr with the Michael Group.
