In Her New TV Show, Eve Henry Wants You to Know Why D-FW Luxury Real Estate is Special

Eve Henry is in love with Dallas-Fort Worth. She loves the people, the towns, and most of all she loves the real estate. In fact, the broker associate with Monument Realty loves luxury real estate so much that she’s teamed up with the American Dream TV network to share the stories woven into acres and acres of communities throughout the North Texas region.

Dreaming of Dallas-Fort Worth Luxury Real Estate

But Henry’s 30-minute show that premieres in April 2024 — The American Dream: Selling Dallas Luxury — isn’t just looking at the houses.

Those stories focus on the communities in Dallas-Fort Worth that surround some of the most epic estates in the country. The Emmy-nominated national show now hosted by Henry takes a closer look at what goes into the Dallas luxury real estate lifestyle, including the people who design, build, and sell them.

“The highlight for me is helping give positive exposure to different small businesses, builders, and charities,” Henry told CandysDirt.com. “I love helping other people be successful and focusing on new areas and unique stories!”

It’s a very prescient show for a market that has seen some huge gains since the COVID-19 pandemic and the wave of corporate relocations to the region. As a broker, Henry’s knowledge and expertise in the industry come in handy.

“The first three quarters of 2023 marked a cautiousness in the luxury space, but as we entered the final quarter, a positive trend began to emerge and we’ve seen that accelerate during the first quarter of 2024,” Henry explained. “Most luxury home buyers are focusing on properties that not only meet their needs but also provide long-term value.  We are also seeing a high interest in sustainable living and high-end technology paired with luxury homes.”

Showing What North Texas Luxury Looks Like

While the name of the show focuses on Dallas, that’s only one area that Henry is covering in her show. While Dallas does have some of the best luxury real estate in the region, she’d be remiss to pass over some of the fabulous offerings throughout North Texas. But where is her favorite place to show off the region’s luxury real estate offerings?

“Wow, it’s difficult to choose,” Henry said. “I love the older homes in Highland Park with the character and rich history, but I equally love the new construction there as well with the sustainability and technology pieces that are coming into play. I also love the development in Celina, Justin, Frisco, and Rockwall.”

Viewers can look forward to seeing just what these areas have to offer in the luxury real estate price segment as well as Henry’s personality. As a Southern woman by birth and real estate professional by trade, working on camera was a tough adjustment. Luckily, the American Dream TV Network made it fun.

“While filming my first episode, my production crew had to consistently remind me to slow down and watch my ‘Southern speak,’ which apparently tends to be fast, and have a real ‘Southern drawl,'” Henry said. “You can’t even imagine it until you hear your voice on camera!”

The American Dream: Selling Dallas Luxury will debut on national networks including CNBC, Bloomberg TV, the Travel Channel, and other cable outlets, and streaming on Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and Roku.
