A few months ago, we had the pleasure of covering Dallas Designer, Adriana Meyer’s latest project that was set for completion in 2024. At the time, we had little more than a few renderings of the Bluffview beauty.

However, we kept our eye out and waited patiently, and now the payoff is better than we could’ve imagined. It just went on the market and we’re so excited to give you the first full look at this fabulous property for this week’s Inwood Home of the Week sponsored by Inwood National Bank.

Cliff Kessler with Allie Beth Allman & Associates just listed this stunning five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,258-square-foot transitional that will take your breath away. Let’s take a look.

Dallas Designer Models Perfection

From the outside, this home has all the hallmarks of a contemporary masterpiece. With a contrasting slate on the stone façade, this home is already so dynamic before you walk through the door.

Then, upon entering, you’re immediately met with timeless design. White oak flooring, vast vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of light amplify the elegance of this build. Of course, modern design elements are also abundant. The finish-out in this home expertly complements the sophisticated craftsmanship.

“The open layout really makes the home feel much larger than it is,” said Meyer. “In fact, the floorplan is incredible for entertaining. Also, many of the finish-outs in this home are those you’d expect from a custom build.”

The main living room is as open as it is awe-inspiring. Here, a sharp stone hearth anchors immaculate interior design, setting a contemporary tone. It feels expertly designed, and Dallas designer Adriana Meyer easily fits that category.

Great Flow, Surprising Details

All of it flows seamlessly through an open dining area and into an ultra-modern kitchen. Here, an elegant eat-in island, stain-grade rift-cut oak cabinets, and luxury stainless steel appliances elevate this gourmet atmosphere. Also, a secret walk-in pantry ramps up the wow factor.

“The hidden pantry is definitely a nice touch and one of my favorite aspects about this home,” Meyer said. “It adds something extra and sort of defies expectations.”

The primary suite is an out-of-this-world retreat. With outdoor access and an abundance of windows, this space easily blends elements of enchanted nature with elegant design.

Of course, the ensuite bathroom is a true luxury spa escape. Here, large-format stone creates a slightly industrial feel, contrasting light oak cabinetry, and beautiful accent tiles. Amenities like an enormous walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a porcelain soaking tube allow for incredible bathtime routines.

Also, with four extra rooms and over 4,000 square feet, this home is perfect for any buyer and allows for easy entertaining.

The backyard features a sleek outdoor kitchen and mature trees for an ideal outdoor oasis. Honestly, Adriana Meyer knocked it right out of the park with this one. We could not be more impressed by this seasoned Dallas designer.

Cliff Kessler with Allie Beth Allman & Associates listed 8422 Craig Hill Lane for $1.67 million. To see it for yourself, stop by the open house from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28.
