Pin These Local Entries from HGTV’s Ultimate House Hunt to Your ‘Dream Home’ Board

When you’re in house hunt mode, HGTV is a great place to get ideas about what you want and need, whether through their shows, website, magazine, or Pinterest page. Now if you like your inspiration to be one-dimensional, those resources are perfectly fine. But if 3-D, multisensory inspiration is your jam, there are at least four Active listings in the area you can visit in person to derive HGTV-sanctioned inspiration. Better still, if the price is right, you could own one! Who doesn’t want to be surrounded by the stuff their Pinterest boards are made of … all day, e’er day?

HGTV’s Ultimate House Hunt 2023 provides us with that opportunity. Homes for sale from across the U.S. can be nominated, and there are five homes in North Texas that have been chosen as Finalists (one has already sold) under the Ebby Halliday Companies umbrella. After all, Ebby Halliday Realtors and Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate regularly list some of the region’s most PR-worthy listings. Last year, a DPMRE listing was voted the overall Winner of the Amazing Kitchens category by your fellow Americans (and probably a lot of other countries’ citizens who like pretty houses, too).

Voting takes place now through August 3, and you can vote daily for your favorites in each of the eight categories. After you vote, be sure to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win $10,000. If you’re lucky, you could put that toward your down payment!
