Why is it that we all seem to be mesmerized by views from a high-rise building? Maybe it’s because we try to see how far our eyes can see, or because we like to see if we can identify people, places, or things from several stories in the air. Whatever it is, now is the time when you can have that opportunity to have amazing Fort Worth and beyond views from your own home in the Omni Residences.

Located at 1301 Throckmorton Street in downtown Fort Worth, the Omni Hotel and Resort is attached to a residence tower that soars 33 floors. By my simple Boerne High School math education, that is equal to roughly 357.283464566919 feet … give or take a few inches. Don’t believe me? Look it up.

The Omni Residences are by far the most prestigious and desirable condos in Tarrant County. Not only is it the newest condominium with a completion date in 2009, but owners can take advantage of the many amenities the hotel offers, such as the spa and hotel room service. Who needs DoorDash when you can have meals delivered piping hot right to your door?

Amazing how far you can see from unit No. 2805 in the Omni Residences.

Of course, the views are spectacular. Some look east, some look west, and some condos have nearly panoramic views.

Currently, there are three unique condos in the Omni Residences that vary in shape, size, and price that are available for sale. All come with private reserved parking spots, 24-hour concierge service, and all the amenities you would expect from the most luxurious condominium property around.

Located on the 20th floor and facing West is No. 2005. It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with 1,476 square feet. The bedrooms are separated by an open space that functions as a kitchen, a living area, and eating areas. There’s also access to a balcony to enjoy a little wind-down and some wine on Texas summer nights.

Wouldn’t you like to come home to this view? I would!

The primary suite is plenty large enough for a king-sized bed set and has two walk-in closets and a bathtub that looks right out onto West Fort Worth. There are automatic shades on all windows but why use those when you have such amazing views?

It must be a trip to take a shower and bath with that view in No. 2005.

John Zimmerman of Compass Real Estate listed 1301 Throckmorton Street #2005 at $759,000.

Unit No. 2201 has views on both sides of the condo.

Take the private elevator up two floors to the 22nd floor to see the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at unit No. 2201. Walking into the home the bedrooms are separated from a tucked away kitchen by a large-and-open living area that has views on either side of the unit.

Not a bad view when cooking.

The entire condo unit is shaped like a triangle with plenty of room in the kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. The condo is sized at 1,546 square feet and the finishes, and certainly the views, are quite impressive.

I’d start taking baths if I could have that view.

Ashley Mooring of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has listed 1301 Throckmorton Street #2201 at $999,999.

Located on the 28th floor, unit #2805 is way up there!

The final available condo in the Omni Residences is located on the 28th floor at unit No. 2805. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 1,695 square feet and is a traditional layout with a kitchen and living area separating the individual bedrooms and bathrooms.

Viking appliances and plenty of counter space in #2805

The kitchen features a mosaic tile backsplash, has a gas cooktop, and comes with all major appliances in stainless steel. The cabinets are a cream color with accents of antique wash along the beveled edges.

The primary bathroom feels like a third bedroom. It is quite spacious and currently has a spot for lounging in the middle. I guess if you get tired walking from one side of the bathroom to the other you can take a rest.

You never know when you’re going to need to sit for a while in the bathroom

We’ve already discussed views, but once again, the views from No. 2805 are spectacular and well worth the five-second elevator ride from the concierge to the 28th floor.

Karen Hunn of Williams Trew Real Estate listed 1301 Throckmorton #2805 at $1.1 million.
