The High Hill Development team pours the same dedication as the homes into the 1,300 sq. ft. condominiums priced at $450,000. Each condo has two beds and two baths, metal roofs, hardwood floorings, private covered balconies/porches as well as access to a fitness center and luxury pool. While the resort style pool located in Central Park is available to all guests, this luxury pool is reserved for condo owners only. Condo owners also receive the same level of service through the High Hill Management team — interior design, managing of rentals, and upkeep of property.

Both home and condo owners alike have the opportunity to join the Founders Club at High Hill. The Founders Club is an exclusive, invitation-only membership offered to the first 10 individuals or families that purchase a property at High Hill. Members will enjoy perks such as VIP invitations to special events, inclusion on gallery wall and engraved paver along the fountain in addition to a personal golf cart with a Founders Club decal.

A 3,000 person music amphitheater, 8-bay automated golf range, a Central Park with resort style pool and pickleball courts as well an on-site vineyard will also be included in the master-planned community. For those guests looking to host weddings in picturesque East Texas, a chapel will be located at the top of the hill of the property that can hold up to 150 guests.
