Suburb Sunday: Plano Homes With Parkside Appeal

Share News:

Each year, The Trust for Public Land maps park access across 14,000 cities and neighborhoods around the country. They rank these areas in an annual ParkScore index based on access, investment, acreage, amenities, and equity. In last year’s index, the organization found that Plano placed 15th in the entire country.

It’s no surprise that Plano has one of the country’s most coveted park programs. With an abundance of green space and a park department that would make Leslie Knope weak in the knees, this is one suburb that truly honors the outdoors.

This North Texas community features an entire matrix of creeks, water parks, playgrounds, and gyms. The Bluebonnet Trail and Chisholm Trail cut right through the city. This Sunday, we’re super excited to show some homes that are for sale along the path.
