@properties Christie’s Sees Growth with Three New Rockstar Realtors

Share News:

Since its launch in late 2021, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate has grown from a start-up as Dallas’ newest real estate brokerage to a tech-focused, globally-recognized brand. The growing @properties Christie’s team has attracted some of DFW’s top talent and rising stars with the addition of these three rockstar real estate agents, Andrea Reynolds, Randi Sundquist, and Parker Fentriss.

Earlier this year, @properties Dallas, as it was first known at its founding by Jerry Mooty, became the exclusive Dallas-Fort Worth Affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. The Dallas group was awarded the Christie’s affiliation making the brand global. With this affiliation, the luxury-focused brokerage has the potential for exponential growth.

Each agent brings a unique background, approach, and experience to their clients. Meet the newest agents with the @properties Christie’s International Real Estate team.

TCU Grad Andrea Reynolds Blends Home, Health, and Heart

Andrea Reynolds

Originally from Duncanville, Andrea made the Dallas-Fort Worth area her home after attending Texas Christian University. She currently resides in Northwest Dallas with her husband, Cody, their two daughters, and two cats.

With a background in sales and marketing, Andrea decided to make the switch to real estate two years ago. Jumping into a new career amidst the pandemic has proven to have its challenges, but Andrea wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I’ve only known a market that has been challenging, which has made me learn things I ordinarily wouldn’t have if I joined the industry in a normal market,” says Andrea.

Andrea made the decision to join @properties Christie’s due to its dedication to helping agents succeed. Andrea says she feels at home amongst her colleagues and is grateful to be a part of the team. Additionally, she feels the brokerage supports its agents with an abundance of training, systems, technology, marketing, and events.

She believes that a home is your sanctuary. As a homeowner, she understands the importance of not just buying a home to have a place to rest your head. It truly becomes a space you will create life-long memories. Andrea ensures every one of her clients gets a seamless experience when working with her.

When she isn’t showing homes, she enjoys eating out with friends at Jose on Lovers. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and work out. For the past 10 years, she has been a fitness instructor and still teaches three days a week in the mornings.

Randi Sundquist Began Her Career in Hard Times But She’s Loved Every Minute

Randi Sundquist

In 2019, Randi began her career in real estate specializing in apartment leasing. Shortly thereafter she made the switch to full-time residential real estate in the beginning of 2020. While we all remember 2020 being a whirlwind of a year, Randi doesn’t have anything to compare it to — in regards to selling real estate — and says she enjoyed her first year.

Randi is committed to bringing her best to her clients. Joining the @properties Christie’s team was an easy transition for her as they share the same commitment to exceptional customer service. She believes @properties Christie’s has the most comprehensive and professional marketing, sophisticated technology, and expert market knowledge in the industry.

“I don’t take the responsibility of helping someone with one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make lightly,” Randi says. “I love learning from other agents and am constantly seeking out education to learn the ins and outs of the business so that I can best serve my clients.”

Randi currently resides near Bishop Arts in a 100-year-old Craftsman. She has been updating her home over the past year and truly loves the process and area. When she isn’t meeting with her clients, she teaches dance which she has been involved in since she was 11.

Southlake Native Parker Fentriss Delights in Serving Others

Parker Fentriss

Native to the Southlake area, Parker still resides in this area today. After attending the University of Oklahoma, he made the move back to DFW and currently serves the northwest side of the Metroplex including Southlake, Prosper, and Frisco.

While Parker joined the real estate industry at the peak of the pandemic, he has enjoyed getting to learn the industry better so that he can better serve his clients. He counts his sister, who’s been a real estate agent for eight years, among the mentors she’s had in the industry.

“She has been a ton of help guiding me through the growing pains of being an agent,” Parker says.

He joined the @properties Christie’s team one year ago and is grateful for the support the team gives its clients. Parker feels the brokerage provides ample support and tools to help agents succeed.

“I really enjoy simplifying the home-buying or selling process for my clients,” Parker says. “The most gratifying part of my job is when my client is happy at the end of the transaction.”

When Parker isn’t making deals for his clients, he spends his time outdoors on the golf course. Additionally, he is involved with Furnishing Families of Texas which is a non-profit that picks up donated furniture and delivers it to in-need families in DFW.

@properties Christie’s is also making strides in Frisco, where they have a growing agent team and plans to move into new offices soon.

Last year when we broke news of the brand new brokerage coming to Dallas-Fort Worth, Mooty explained how two Chicago area real estate agents built the company was built from the ground up by two real estate agents in 2000 to support agents.

The firm was founded on prop-tech designed to put agents back in the driver’s seat in an era of industry disruption. The company also has both mortgage and closing services joint ventures, which are integrated into the platform.

The firm is high on technology as well as a back-end academy that provides training and support. The heart of the system is the proprietary platform, from which an agent can work their entire day.
