Don’t Blink! This Elevated and Sophisticated Park Cities Home Awaits

This week’s Inwood Home of the Week, sponsored by Inwood National Bank, is located in the heart of University Park and conveniently placed near all the upscale convenience the Park Cities have to offer. The spacious and contemporary single-family attached home is situated on a wide residential street with great walkability to the shops and restaurants of Snider Plaza, the Tate Lecture Series at SMU, and the University Park pool.

The especially deep-sized 25-foot X 171-foot lot makes this unique property a rare listing on the market. “You will not find anything else like it,” says listing agent Suzanne Warner of Compass RE Texas.

Warner says the home was designed to ensure you experience an elevated University Park lifestyle with well-appointed rooms and museum-finished walls perfect for art. It features a gourmet kitchen with a built-in Subzero refrigerator, Wolf range, designer lighting, and an oversized island with ample storage and a breakfast bar. It overlooks a breakfast nook and one of two open living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Transom windows and dual sets of French doors provide a light and bright living space with 12-foot ceilings overhead. Just off the living area, there is an elevator shaft if you’d like to install an elevator for convenience.

The primary suite is the envy of all, Warner says. It’s complete with an office area, sizeable primary bath, dual vanities, and walk-in closets. The two-story, 3,558 -square-foot home at 3510 Granada Avenue has four bedrooms, four baths, a spacious two-car garage, and ample storage throughout the home.

The backyard is peaceful and private with an intimate courtyard and new turf.

Suzanne is hosting an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 24, or call Suzanne at 214-207-7715 to get a jump on things by scheduling a private showing.

Suzanne Warner of Compass RE Texas has listed 3510 Granada Ave. for $1.765 million.

Well done – great use of space – esp. liked the kitchen & all the upper cabs. Personally , not a fan of the kitchens with exposed 1 x12,s for plate racks, and no cab. storage . ( to me it is like owning a car with no chrome). maybe they do not use plates and glassware, and just pitch the ‘take -out’ dishes. Thanks for all the inspiration.
