A Magnificent Montserrat Home on Marbella Circle

High on a hill off Team Ranch Road and Highway 820 is the neighborhood of Montserrat. We have highlighted this prestigious guarded neighborhood many times in Tarrant County Tuesday.

One aspect of Montserrat that resonates with many is the different sections within the community based on homesite size. Determined enclaves with homesites around one-quarter of an acre to larger than an acre give the neighborhood symmetry and balance.

It would be strange if a home of 3,500 square feet would be built next to a home of 20,000 feet. There would be discombobulation of land and home sizes that wouldn’t be pleasing to the eye.

Huge windows from the living overlook the pool and have downtown Fort Worth views.

This particular home is a 3,900-square-foot build on a homesite of roughly one-quarter of an acre. Surrounding homes of similar size and site comprise that particular section of Montserrat to create an enclave of beautiful homes of various architectural styles.

Magnificent in Montserrat on Marbella Circle

Regardless of the land, you know it’s all about the home. Let me tell you about this magnificent home at 4701 Marbella Circle. Originally built by Village Homes in 2013, this four-bedroom and four-and-one-half-bathroom home is spacious and packed with valuable upgrades.

The floors and beams stand out in this home in Montserrat, but you’ll definitely notice the double dishwashers.

Upon entering this Mediterranean home with a concrete tile roof and a cantilevered balcony in the front of the home, you notice how open and airy the home feels. The dark brown stained tongue-in-groove hardwood floors and stained beams on the ceiling of the living room really pop against the crisp white walls and cabinets.

Within this open concept home is ample bonus storage areas. There are additional cabinets in the kitchen and primary bath. Closets under the stairs and throughout the home come in handy with bulky items or just stuff.

Not only is the primary bathroom elegant, notice the wall of additional cabinets as well.

A Plethora of Goodies

Further additions in this home include a three-car tandem garage, steam shower in the primary bath shower, high-end customized shelving and racks in the primary suite closet, a heated swimming pool, and two dishwashers in the kitchen.

If you ever have experienced a home with two dishwashers, you’ll understand how amazingly practical that can be.

If you like to follow your favorite team on TV — or if you have a hard time deciding which team or game you want to watch, have no fear, this home comes equipped with an upstairs TV room that currently features three TVs. I’m not sure how one can pay attention to three different events at the same time, but I wouldn’t mind giving it a try … especially if the Longhorns are winning!

With a wet bar within reach, never miss a minute of the game — or any of the games — on TV.

If you are okay watching only one game at a time and want to spend some time outdoors, easily enjoy the heated pool and outdoor sitting and grilling area.

There’s a large covered patio with fireplace and grill, but only space for one TV.

Certainly, you want to see the pool as well.

Heated pool can be enjoyed year-round…and see Downtown Fort Worth views as well
