In Dallas-Fort Worth, the vast majority of buyers flocked to the suburbs according to new data from real estate disruptor and iBuyer Opendoor. The hottest among those suburbs was Forney, which came in seventh in Opendoor’s national rankings after Texas towns Leander (No. 2), Katy (No. 3), and New Braunfels (No. 4).
